Betsy has over 25 years of experience building teams, raising funds, and managing growth for innovative ventures. She loves investing in and developing cultures of possibility, challenging the status quo, and doing work that matters.

Betsy is excited to be a part of The Grand to head up the team responsible for bringing more ambitious, values-driven professionals into our network and community.

Outside the office, she is a Lead Instructor at MIT’s ICorps program, where she coaches cohorts of founders on the fundamentals of product-market fit. In the summer, she is happiest on the ocean sailing, and in the winter, she loves to ski and hunker down with a great book by the fire.
