As someone who also works at The Grand, I’m fortunate to have a first-hand experience in our sessions. In combination with our Council sessions and my morning meditations, my outlook in work/life, in general, has significantly improved since the beginning of the pandemic. I believe there will never be a final version of myself, so everything I do is a work-in-progress. But I can attest that I’ve come a long way looking back. And it only further justifies my desire to help improve the experiences of the people who participate in The Grand. 

Aside from my 20 years of experience in Design, I’m a wife, a mom, and an SF Bay Area resident. I enjoy hiking with my family, meditating, and vacationing with my big extended family.
