As an ICF certified coach, I draw from my own experience of navigating many life and career changes as well as cultural norms (I grew up in the U.S. and Japan). I’m passionate about supporting people to make big leaps in their lives to honor their values and working with organizations to create environments that support people of all backgrounds to thrive. I am deeply committed to embodying empathy and championing others to live a life that brings them joy.

I have a BA from Bryn Mawr College and MBA from Duke University, and received my coaching training through the Co-Active Training Institute. My professional experience includes working as a management consultant, a nonprofit professional, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion leader.
