Can we customize the program based on our team’s unique needs?

We partner with you to understand your organization’s development priorities and create an experience that best supports your teams. We offer different levels of customizability depending on your needs.

How do I select which employees should join a cohort?

We work with you to create a curation and recruitment strategy that fits your goals. We have years of experience helping organizations with the tactics that get employees on board. Typically, your team promotes the offering, and participants opt in by contacting The Grand.

How do we get matched with a coach?

The coach matching process begins after your goals and curation strategy are set. From there we select a set of best fit options from our over 300 certified coaches.

What if a participant can’t join a session?

We encourage participants to commit to showing up for each session since that’s how the learning accumulates. But, we get it - we are all human. If a participant has to miss a session they have access to the tools and frameworks available on the platform.

What if I want to offer more than one cohort to my org?

We work with organizations at every stage of growth, so we’ve designed our offerings to be scalable to meet your needs no matter your company size.
