Can I add fewer than 6 or more than 10 participants?

Based on over 900 sessions, we’ve found 6-10 is the sweet spot for optimal learning in a group setting with one coach. If you’re looking for something more custom, contact us!

How are your coaches vetted?

Our executive coaches are all certified through the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) and International Coaching Federation (ICF) or equivalent. As seasoned operators, their backgrounds span across organizational development, product and technical leadership, entrepreneurship, mediation and law, and more. Our coaches are experts at what they do and bring years of coaching experience and a wealth of training hours to any challenge your team may face.

How customizable are the learning objectives?

We partner with you to understand your leaders’ development priorities and create an experience that best supports them. We offer different levels of customizability, depending on your needs.

How do participants communicate with their group?

Each cohort has a Slack group that members of the cohort use to keep in touch outside of sessions.
