It's so hard for founders to talk about the things they're trying to solve when they don't have previous experience or when they don't have a strong network of founders. We are not in the position to be able to create that for them, so we came to The Grand. The experience with The Grand has been transformative for many of the founders in my portfolio.
My confidence in my ability to lead a team are a direct outcome of the coaching I have received from The Grand. It’s a privilege to have a group of peers share a space to self-reflect, be vulnerable, and grow as leaders. Founders need financial capital, but they also need emotional capital. Being surrounded by peers and phenomenal coaches at The Grand has been an incredible source of emotional capital for me.
